I’m really glad you’re here.

Before your first session, I want to share 7 things that will help you get the most out of your journey with Dietitian Live. This experience is intentionally different from traditional healthcare, and a little context up front can make it even more powerful.

1. We Start with Love, Not Fixing

At Dietitian Live, we believe love is the strongest force in the world. When your identity is rooted in love, it naturally creates healthy boundaries—boundaries built on truth and trust.

We don’t begin by asking, “What’s wrong with you?”

We begin by asking, “What’s true for you?”

What you focus on grows— so we naturally help people to focus on new storylines that are more generous & true.  Your focus is one of the greatest gifts of your life—and when you deploy it intentionally, it tends to be mirrored back to you.

2. Trust Is the Boundary

Because Love is telling the truth, trust becomes the boundary.
In your sessions, we move at a pace that allows trust to form—with your Dietitian, and just as importantly, with yourself. Nothing is forced. Nothing is rushed. Sustainable change happens when trust leads the way.

3. Perception Matters More Than You Think

Fear doesn’t usually enter through facts—it enters through perception.

A focus on believing something negative about ourselves doesn’t serve us in creating a positive loving future.

Much of our work together is about gently noticing these interpretations—and giving you the option to choose a more generous, accurate, and loving perspective when it serves you.

4. Old Stories Can Weigh Down Identity

Many of us carry old storylines shaped by fear, the past, limitations, or external approval:

  • “Am I doing this right?”

  • “What do they think of me?”

These stories can quietly weigh down identity and make change feel harder than it needs to be. In our work together, we help you recognize when a story is no longer serving you—and create space for something truer to take its place.

5. Questions Create New Paradigms

You’ll notice our dietitians ask thoughtful, sometimes unexpected questions.
Questions create focus. They open paradigms or understandings of ourselves.
The right question at the right time can plant seeds for entirely new ways of seeing, thinking, and responding.

6. Empathy and Truth Are Non-Negotiable

We believe empathy is essential. The same invitation can land very differently depending on someone’s values, culture, or experiences—and we honor that.

We also value truthfulness deeply. Not perfection—honesty & authenticity.
A devotion to truth keeps the boundaries of love strong. When we distort truth to gain approval or avoid discomfort, self-trust erodes. Our sessions are a space for authenticity, vulnerability, and clarity—without judgment.

7. Gratitude Helps Shift Perspective in Real Time

As you go through this journey, you may notice moments where your perspective naturally flips—where something once seen through fear looks different through love.

Gratitude can be a powerful reframe in those moments. Even a quiet internal “thank you” can soften the mind and open you to a more accurate, generous understanding of what you’re experiencing. You don’t need to prepare perfect answers.

You don’t need to be “good” at this.

Showing up open and curious is massive for internal growth.

We’re honored to walk alongside you.

With gratitude,
